Trip cost Includes:

All accommodation and most meals, arrival and departure transfers, land transport and entrance fees

Does Not Include: Insurance, tips and personal expenses such as shopping, laundry and telephone calls.

Payment: We require a deposit  to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 60 days before planned starting date.

Owing to the small size of our trips, payment is non-refundable.

Arrival

Guests will be met at the airport. Please forward your air travel details to us as soon as you book.

Plan to arrive on the first day of the trip.

Immunizations

It is recommended that travelers consult with a physician re. required immunizations.

Travel insurance

All guests should take out comprehensive trip insurance for cancellation and emergencies.

Expectations

This is not a “tour” and we are not tour guides. The group leader that accompanies you on your trip of choice will act as logistical coordinator, providing basic structure and support, making sure that you get from point A to point B as seamlessly as possible.

For travel in India, it is quite common for trains to be delayed, flights to be cancelled or missed and for cars to have flat tires and/or engine trouble.

Travel in India requires patience and the ability to let go and “go with the flow” as the unfamiliarity tends to be un-grounding. At times the pure chaos is unnerving, makes no sense, and one must try and be prepared for the intensity.
